My guess is that it is related to Windows update, but most of the wake options are greyed out in Task Scheduler. You'll see clear terms that the computer woke in the description. I was able to get rid of the 3:30 wake up by following the steps in that thread. Also, in the LAN settings, I checked and the network card can be wake the PC up just by using Magic Packet or Pattern Mach.
