My current specs are:-Windows RT 8.1 64-bit-Nvidia GeForce 600 ti-Game purchased from SteamI have tried: Deleting background processes on at a time, updating/rolling back my video drivers, unplugging my 2nd monitor, Since others are now saying that they get the problem without the ioBit software installed, could it - somehow - be related to any means of booting straight to the desktop? i'm not 100% sure what i'm looking for though.
