No tinkering with Windows display settings can produce a usable UI, and the software's own Preferences menu don't offer any solution either. The command line is meant for testing/developers. The scaled icons in Seamonkey 2.0.14 look like they use nearest neighbour interpolation. -moz-crisp-edges might be worth considering to get the same effect, if we were to scale icons. Chrome, on the other hand, seems to be scaling things up with the 125% setting, but still calls that "100%" in its zoom factor. However that doesn't make it a problem which lies for 100% with the developers. IE appears to be simply treating the 125% windows scaling factor as the default starting zoom when starting the program. I've had similar issues with undocking to go to meetings.

I am with Chrome for 5 years now and have never before complained about Chrome. TheMail app or Edge will be huge on the external monitor.
