I managed to switch off the automatic reboots and then the system reported an error with iertutil.dll Via the Recovery Console I managed to replace iertutil with a good copy Please try to update or reinstall the Logitech drivers and check whether you it resolves the issue. By running the restore in safe mode that should automaticly turn the anti virus off .
