could any one help me? This wasnt too big a deal because drive F was a backup of drive G. Special Note : I have faced a similar problem & have noticed that USB 3.0 devices are detected as some other devices if and when the proper USB3.0 ( motherboard ) how can I fix the problem.

I do not think your system would be looking to boot from an external device as the primary OS.
