I disabled secure boot and enabled csm witch now seems to allow me to boot from cd usb ect but i have none my Os win 8 is stuck on the i just had to change the boot order after all on bios ( bios doesn't detect em but it let me change their boot order funny )It was much more easier Most probably your psu is not giving enough power for all your hardware and equipments.
