Keep the password blank and untick "user must change password at next logon". i do not have the computer expertise of these other guys, nor do i have another wireless card, and just like Jim, this is cutting into my work. The quick scan causing the problem initiates after LiveUpdate has run. I tried Ctrl+Alt+Del to no avail.
